OAK & IRON Launched ONE and ONE PRO Cordless Electric Tire Inflators

OAK & IRON is a young company dedicated to solving problems of your outdoor adventures. Their team include engineers and designers who built Microsoft’s ODM products, an ex-Goldman Sachs junior trader, and a medicinal doctor from a Pre-IPO NYSE company. They have released two cordless electric tire inflators, the ONE and ONE PRO.

OAK & IRON ONE Testing

I received a beta version of the ONE for testing and was quite satisfied with its performance. Inside the box, there are a carrying bag, a press-on valve, a twist-on valve, and the tire inflator. The inflator is fairly thick and doesn’t have a handle but you still can easily carry it easily with one hand.

There are air vents all over the sides; These vents are combined with heavy-duty fans to create a better heat dissipation system. This design avoids overheating when running the inflator over a long period of time, and therefore, extends its lifespan.

The ONE is powered by a 7,800 mAh rechargeable lithium battery with up to 300-day standby time. You can recharge it using the USB-C port on the bottom side; A full charge takes nearly 4 hours. This is the input port only and you can’t use it to recharge other devices. Here you can also find an LED light and an air hose connector.

On the front of the inflator, we have control buttons to power on/off, start inflating, turn on/off the LED light, and adjust the inflation pressure. The ONE supports pressure ranging from 3-150 PSI (0.2-10.3 BAR). Above the button, there is a large 3.2-inch screen showing real-time information like tire pressure, battery life, and inflation modes. There are 5 pre-set modes for you to choose from, including car, motorcycle, bicycle, ball, and manual.

During the test, I mostly use the ONE to inflate my bicycle tires and it works flawlessly. In case I need to inflate my car tires, I can totally use this product as well.
